Trayer Engineering is hiring a temp-to-hire Production Clerk. Reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, the Production Clerk role will be an onsite position, 40 hours per week, based in our San Leandro location with the potential of transferring to our Livermore location. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis without visa sponsorship.
Job Description
· Perform clerical duties to support the production and operations team.
· Responsible for upkeep of departmental data
· Organizing records and filing of documentation as needed
· May review job requisitions and provide estimates of shipment.
· Help to prepare scheduling and follow entire product cycle from start to finish.
· Other duties as required for department needs.
Qualifications
· 1 to 2 years of experience in warehouse and production environment
· Ability to work independently and the ability to work with a diverse team.
· Understand job order materials transactions.
· Ability to work onsite full-time.
· Proficient use of Microsoft Word and Excel
· Manufacturing software experience desirable
· Excellent verbal and written communication
· Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks throughout the day.
