Key Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversight of timely financial statement preparation in accordance with GAAP / IFRS
- Financial report design and development
- Reporting standardization
- Maintain support schedules and documentation for general ledger accounts
- Provide value-added analysis and support to internal stakeholders / management
- Track and reconcile intercompany transactions
- Prepare consolidated financial statements
- Management of annual external and JV Audits
- Continuously focus on innovation and improvements in policies and procedures
- Lead effort for FAR/CAS compliance
- Annual internal budgeting
- Equipment accounting
- Other duties as assigned

Education/Experience
- Bachelor's Degree is required
- CPA is required
- 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area required
- Strong knowledge of standard accounting concepts, practices, and procedures
