Job Description: As a Registered Nurse at Trayt Health, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care. Your key responsibilities will include:
Main Responsibilities:
Delivering high-quality patient care that prioritizes dignity, safety, and comfort
Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and achieve optimal outcomes
Communicating effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure seamless care transitions
Participating in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and industry developments
Demonstrating compassion, empathy, and respect in all interactions with residents and colleagues
Maintaining accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment plans
Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you must possess an Iowa RN license, CPR certification, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Weekend availability and flexibility are also essential.
