- Develop and document patient care plans.
- Maintain patient records and report progress.
- Instruct families and health team members on patient care.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Audiology.
- Current Colorado license in good standing.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Home health experience preferred.
