Join our team as a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) working full-time from 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm, with every other weekend required. You will provide nursing care in a warm, home-like environment, fostering community and building lasting relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Assess and document residents' status.
  • Report changes in resident health to appropriate personnel.
  • Supervise Resident Care Assistants.
  • Coordinate care with community providers.
  • Prevent elder abuse and respond to emergencies.

Requirements

  • Current LPN license and CPR certification.
  • Graduate of an approved LPN program.
  • 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred.
  • Experience with the elderly is desirable.
