Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Per Diem MRI Technologist to join our team at the Galloway office, with available shifts on Saturdays or Sundays. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating MR scanning units, transferring images for interpretation, and ensuring patient safety in the magnetic field.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operating MR scanning units and transferring images for interpretation
- Ensuring patient safety in the magnetic field
- Consulting with Radiologists on scanning protocols
- Documenting in Zotec and managing patient flow
- Performing quality control testing and equipment maintenance
- Participating in meetings and training programs
- Demonstrating competency with patients of all ages
Schedule and Requirements:
The schedule for this position is 6:30am-3pm on weekends, subject to change. Candidates must be ARRT registered, MR Board Certified, and CPR/BLS certified. Additionally, we offer training in venipuncture to ensure our technologists have the necessary skills to succeed in this role.
