Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered care and daily living assistance under RN supervision.
- Assist with health care needs, including bathing, grooming, and vital signs.
- Document resident interactions and communicate changes to nursing staff.
- Participate in wellness and recreational programs.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum age of 16.
- CNA certification required within four months of hire; training provided.
- Health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), and generous time off.
Salary : $19 - $24
