We're seeking a highly skilled Wastewater Plant Maintenance Technician to join our team in Belen, NM, working around 10 hours per week. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, including pumps, valves, and piping.
As a member of our Engineering, Construction, and Remediation team, your primary responsibility will be to perform routine maintenance tasks, troubleshoot equipment issues, and ensure that all WWTP equipment is properly calibrated and functioning within acceptable parameters.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong mechanical aptitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of industrial production techniques and treatment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and repair WWTP equipment, including pumps, valves, and piping.
- Perform routine sampling and testing to ensure compliance with permits and regulations.
