Job Summary :
The Administrative Assistant supports the Parks / Property Management division by handling administrative tasks, coordinating workflows, and maintaining records. Responsibilities include managing contracts and agreements, assisting with rental events, overseeing supplies, and supporting maintenance operations.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee administrative and clerical tasks, including workflow management, prioritization, and record-keeping.
- Prepare reports, forms, and statistical documents by gathering and verifying data.
- Provide general administrative support, including drafting correspondence, transcribing meeting minutes, and managing mail.
- Address complaints, concerns, and inquiries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation.
- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, tracking delivery history.
- Assist customers via phone, email, and in person.
- Register patrons for recreational activities, handle vendor contracts, and process payments.
- Travel to various agency locations as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
