Director of Engineering- Truck Upfitter

Job Summary :
TRC is seeking a Director of Engineering on behalf of our client, a leader in custom upfitting solutions for fleet vehicles. This individual will lead and manage the engineering department, overseeing the design, development, and implementation of innovative upfitting solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in truck body assembly, upfitting, and engineering design , along with strong leadership and project management skills. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality, cost-effective solutions that meet customer specifications and industry standards while driving operational excellence and innovation. Candidate must have 10 years related experience and prior experience with the aftermarket customizing of trucks.
