Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing a team of electricians, ensuring adherence to safety practices and principles, and maintaining electrical equipment to relevant Federal, State, and Local Codes. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading a team of skilled electricians to diagnose, delegate, instruct, and carry out tasks involving the repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Creating and managing work/emergency work orders, prioritizing daily and preventative assignments to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of electrical codes and regulations to guarantee compliance.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have at least 2-3 years of industrial electrical experience, with a strong emphasis on teamwork, leadership, and adaptability. Previous management experience and knowledge of the wood products industry are highly desirable.
