**Company Overview:** Enviva, a leading provider of renewable energy solutions, is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their production environment in the United States. As a purpose-driven company specializing in sustainable wood bioenergy, Enviva has become the world's largest producer of sustainable wood pellets.
This is a full-time, permanent position. The successful candidate will be responsible for organizing a team of electricians involved in various craft specialties, including input on evaluations and weekly time approval.
The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of industrial electrical experience and be able to diagnose, delegate, instruct, and carry out skilled activities involving the repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and facilities. They must also guarantee adherence to safety practices and principles, and maintain electrical equipment to relevant Federal, State, and Local Codes.
The Electrical Supervisor will create and manage work/emergency work orders, prioritize daily and preventative assignments, and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Previous management experience and wood products industry experience are highly desirable.
