**Responsibilities:
- Organize and direct a team of electricians to ensure the completion of electrical projects on time and within budget.
- Diagnose, delegate, instruct, and carry out skilled activities involving the repair, installation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Maintain adherence to safety practices and principles, and ensure that electrical equipment is maintained to relevant Federal, State, and Local Codes.
- Create and manage work/emergency work orders and prioritize daily and preventative assignments.
**Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years industrial electrical experience.
- Able to lead and motivate a team of electricians.
- Previous management experience is a plus.
