Seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of construction processes, and the ability to provide accurate and comprehensive project cost estimates.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans to gain a thorough understanding of project scope.
- Determine cost factors, including labor, materials, and production, that influence overall project expenses.
- Prepare detailed material, labor, and cost estimates for projects.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure competitive pricing.
- Manage and evaluate bids from vendors and contractors for accuracy and cost-effectiveness.
- Use bid data and market trends to compile comprehensive cost analyses and forecasts.
- Present cost estimates and analysis reports to management and project stakeholders.
- Track and record actual project costs to ensure adherence to the budget.
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, accountants, and operations personnel to deliver accurate financial and budget analyses.
- Assist in value engineering to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
