The Senior Analyst will be responsible for market research, financial modeling, and underwriting real estate assets to support investment decisions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate analysis, valuation techniques, and investment strategy.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct in-depth market research to assess real estate trends, property performance, and investment opportunities.
- Develop and maintain financial models for real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and development projects.
- Perform underwriting on real estate assets, analyzing cash flows, cap rates, IRR, and risk factors.
- Evaluate potential investments using DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), Comparable Sales, and Income Capitalization approaches.
- Prepare detailed investment memos and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including acquisitions, asset management, and finance, to drive investment strategies.
- Analyze debt and equity structures, financing terms, and market conditions to inform investment decisions.
- Assist in due diligence, reviewing leases, property financials, and third-party reports.
- Monitor economic indicators, zoning regulations, and real estate trends to identify emerging opportunities.
