Responsibilities :
- Team Leadership & Sales Support : Guide project teams of 2-5 engineers, delegate tasks, and support change orders by estimating hardware costs and engineering efforts. Maintain strong customer relationships and contribute to technical sales support.
- Instrumentation & Electrical Design : Develop instrument lists, select instrumentation and controls hardware, create panel layouts and schematics, and support panel fabrication and inspection. Compile submittal documentation and procure project hardware.
- System Design and Configuration : Lead design reviews, configure HMI screens and control algorithms, conduct functional testing, draft system documentation, and assist with customer demonstrations and acceptance testing.
- Onsite System Startup : Deploy and calibrate software, conduct functional tests, troubleshoot issues, and support customer testing. Train customer representatives on system operations and maintenance.
