Responsibilities :
- Ensure safety and address concerns in the functional area.
- Identify and eliminate process inefficiencies and waste using data analysis.
- Lead quality and process improvement projects to boost profitability.
- Monitor key metrics and resolve process abnormalities.
- Manage small capital projects and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Collaborate across teams to improve equipment reliability and resolve issues.
- Maintain ISO documents and address customer quality concerns.
