Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Job Purpose]
Develop and / or modify production plans and implement them.
Main duties and responsibilities]
Analyze demand and forecasting of production
Develop daily or weekly production schedules to ensure that production deadlines are met
Establish mid- & long-term production plan reflecting production capacity and constraints.
Monitor and control progress of production.
Inform other Units of any changes in production plans and update documents accordingly.
Prepare status and performance reports, and resolve production issues
Regularly communicate with other production Units for the sake of information sharing.
Meet all other requirements as assigned.
Qualifications & Preferences
Minimum :
Bachelor’s degree required (Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering major preferred)
Experience with Microsoft Office products or equivalent applications
Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred :
Advanced degree in a related field preferred
Years of experience from Automotive industry strongly preferred
Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
