Our Client, Tekni-Plex is seeking a Production Lead to join their dynamic team in Dallas, TX. If you are interested in an exciting opportunity, please apply to the posting below!

Shift & Schedule :

  • Schedule : 2 / 2 / 3 rotation

    • Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities :

  • Monitor department personnel in the safe set-up, operation and maintenance of machinery
  • Troubleshoot equipment and make appropriate machine repairs / adjustments when qualified to do so
  • Coordinates activity between various shifts to ensure smooth transition of duties
  • Perform quality inspections on extrusion and thermoforming and printing operations
  • Monitor production output, assist in the scheduling of employees
  • Assists in employee evaluation and the proper completion of performance reviews

    • What Will Make You Successful :

  • Previous production lead experience
  • Ability to add, subtract and divide in all units of measure including fractions, whole numbers, and decimals
  • Ability to lift 50lbs
