Parts Development Supplier Quality Development - Assistant Manager / Specialist
Quality Assurance Test Specialist
Part Quality Control Specialist
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and implement quality control processes and improvements throughout the production process.
Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards and assist with supplier audits.
Perform inspections of incoming materials and finished products, ensuring adherence to internal and external requirements.
Drive corrective and preventive actions to resolve product quality issues.
Support testing and evaluation processes for vehicle durability, reliability, and EV component performance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide feedback on quality performance.
Participate in new vehicle project planning, quality securing, and testing.
Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for process improvements.
Develop and deliver training related to quality standards and procedures.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports on quality control activities.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or related field.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in quality management, supplier development, or manufacturing.
Knowledge of automotive systems and quality management systems (ISO9001, APQP, PPAP).
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement corrective actions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Experience with Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies is a plus.
