Job Summary
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to join our production environment in Hamlet, NC.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the plant, focusing on safety, quality, production, and cost.
- Maintain accurate documentation on employee performance and accountability.
- Ensure a safe working environment and enforce good housekeeping standards.
- Provide direction to team members regarding duties and goals.
- Coordinate daily and consistent communications and shift meetings.
- Perform work assigned by the Production Manager to ensure successful operation.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required; Associates degree preferred.
- Able to work in outdoor environments and withstand temperatures above 100 degrees and below 32 degrees.
- Willingness to work in a hot, humid, cold, and noisy industrial environment.
