Key Responsibilities :
- P&ID Creation & Maintenance : Develop and maintain P&IDs, Equipment Lists, Line Lists, and Instrument Lists.
- CAD Software Utilization : Use AutoCAD and MicroStation to design and develop P&IDs and PFDs for Midrex plant engineering.
- Process Enhancement : Customize and improve Intelligent P&ID processes to ensure efficiency and compliance with company standards.
- Engineering Drawings : Convert conceptual sketches into detailed engineering drawings.
- Library Management : Manage and update symbols, attributes, and libraries according to project specifications.
- Accuracy & Integrity : Ensure the accuracy of P&ID drawings and maintain the integrity of the database.
- Collaboration & Reporting : Develop reports to support engineers and improve workflow efficiency.
- Cross-Department Collaboration : Work across departments to optimize solutions and reduce manual data entry.
- Software Integration : Collaborate with vendors to enhance software functionality and improve Intelligent P&ID integration.
- Ongoing Training : Stay current with software updates and training to maximize efficiency.
