Warranty Manager
An expanding high-end home builder is seeking a Warranty Manager for their South Charlotte regional office. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire warranty process, ensuring customers receive exceptional service and support from start to finish. Salary up to $80k and advancement opportunities available!
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with homeowners prior to closing to review and finalize punch lists, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Manage and oversee all product warranty claims, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to address and resolve warranty-related issues.
- Process and maintain all necessary documentation for warranty claims.
- Conduct follow-ups with homeowners to ensure completed work meets their expectations and quality standards.
- Collaborate with management to continuously improve warranty processes and procedures, driving excellence in customer care.
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in the construction industry or a related field.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to engage effectively with homeowners and vendors.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring all warranty issues are handled with care and precision.
