What You'll Do
Weld fabricated components per blueprints and customer specs
Set up and maintain welding machines, fixtures, and tools
Ensure top-quality welds, minimal scrap, and 95% work center efficiency
Read blueprints, use measuring tools, and conduct inspections
Perform minor equipment repairs and recommend process improvements
What You’ll Need
MIG welding experience in a manufacturing setting
Ability to pass AWS D1.1 welding test
Strong attention to detail & ability to read blueprints
Physical ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs regularly, 100 lbs occasionally
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
