Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting vehicles that meet their needs and preferences.
- Conduct test drives and provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, and benefits.
- Negotiate pricing and financing options to close sales effectively.
- Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Utilize software tools to manage the sales pipeline and track customer interactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and new vehicle models.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in automotive sales or a related field.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
