TreadStone Technologies, Inc.is seeking Production Operators to join our team in Princeton, NJ on the first and Second Shift! You will be responsible for coating quality metal plates. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the manufacturing process and can support the strategic and operational objectives of the business. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of professionalism, maturity, and confidentiality.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Manufacture metal parts using TreadStone’s patented technology, in accordance with batch recording and learning all processes from start to finish
• Prepare slurries for the coating process
• Ability to follow policies/procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures
• Maintain accurate batch records, logbooks and electronic records.
• Maintain and calibrate instruments and equipment in accordance with schedules
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies needed in manufacturing
• Maintain a high standard of housekeeping
• Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process, and quality system.
• Write Work Instructions for routine tasks

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with a minimum of 3 years work experience in a production/manufacturing facility or an Associate degree with 1 year of work experience in a production/manufacturing facility
• Experience preferably includes working with chemicals
• Ability to work late shift (11am to 8pm with 1 hour lunch break)
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Must have a steady work history
• Reason independently and work with minimal guidance.
• Must possess organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and schedules
• Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in varied conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Basic computer skills are required

Manufacturing Technician – Princeton, NJ

TreadStone Technologies, Inc., located in Princeton NJ, is a rapid growing manufacturer of metal surface coating for renewable energy industry, and is in search of full-time employees

The Manufacturing Technician will be responsible for coating quality metal plates. The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the manufacturing process and can support the strategic and operational objectives of the business. The successful candidate will possess a high degree of professionalism, maturity and confidentiality.

Essential Job Functions:

• Manufacture metal parts using TreadStone’s patented technology, in accordance with batch records, learning all processes from start to finish.
• Maintain accurate batch records, log books and electronic records.
• Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
• Maintain and calibrate instruments and equipment in accordance with schedules.
• Maintain inventory of raw materials and supplies needed in manufacturing
• Clean and maintain equipment and manufacture space
• Monitor environmental conditions.
• Recommend, write or revise manufacturing processes.

Education, Experience and Certification:
