Position Overview: We are looking for motivated and driven individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. This is an entry-level role where you will begin as a Damage Spotter. As a Damage Spotter, your primary responsibility will be to identify and document damage to fences, homes, trees, decks, and roofs. Due to the impact of Hurricane Helene, there is significant damage across the region, making this a prime opportunity for you to make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Damage Spotter: Identify and report damage to fences, houses, trees, decks, and roofs within the CSRA region.
• Client Engagement: Approach homeowners to discuss potential damage and offer solutions based on our services.
• Sales Process: Work with the sales team to estimate costs and provide customers with clear, accurate information regarding repairs and services.
• Customer Relationship Building: Develop trust and rapport with homeowners, ensuring they understand the value of our services.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure a smooth process from damage identification to repair.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive and positive attitude.
• Ability to identify damage and work in a detail-oriented manner.
• Self-motivated and goal-driven.
• Previous sales experience is a plus but not required.
