JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION TITLE: Lead Steward JOBCODE: # 210224
DEPARTMENT: Food and Beverage
REPORTS TO: Steward Manager & Sous Chef
POSITIONS REPORTING TO THIS POSITION: Stewards
TASKS:
1. Must be aware of the proper operation of all equipment and proper use of the chemicals used to clean and sanitize eating and cooking utensils and kitchen floor.
2. Ensures that stewards have the proper equipment and knowledge to complete their daily tasks.
3. Responsible for all outlets - Infinity, The Den/blu, Agua, The Cove.
4. Reports all hazards to Steward Manager and Security.
5. Ensures stewards are working in their proper work area.
6. Assigns break schedule.
7. Ensures each outlets is cleaned properly, including dock area.
8. Ensures safety in all work areas.
9. Other tasks as assigned by Steward Manager, Sous Chef, Executive Chef or Director of Food and Beverage.
EDUCATION OR SKILLS REQUIRED:
Willingness to work with a team for the success of your team and Treasure Bay. Ability to distinguish the difference between patterns of dishes and glassware.
