Job Description:
- Responsible for the activities of the dealers in your assigned area.
- Responsible for all Treasure Bay guests and responding to their needs.
- Expected to mentor less experienced dealers and provide leadership through example.
- Monitors games to insure integrity and compliance with established policies, procedures, and Mississippi Gaming Commission guidelines.
- Will be trained and regularly tested on Title 31 regulations and will be required to enforce and monitor all activities covered by these regulations.
- Maintains surveillance on all tables in assigned area to insure the security of the games.
- Closely monitors all paperwork for accuracy with particular attention to rating information and table rack counts.
- Responsible for verifying dealing accuracy, payouts, buy-ins, fills, credits, opening and closing slips, and markers.
- Monitors, evaluates, and records guest gaming activities for rating purposes.
- Responsible for maintaining a clean, safe work environment by actively participating in its upkeep and reporting any maintenance issues.
- At the discretion of management, may be assigned to special projects or activities.
Qualifications:
- One year’s experience as a dealer or higher in table games with good working knowledge of most games. All games preferred, especially craps.
- Prior supervisory experience preferred especially in a similar position.
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately and efficiently, and use a computer.
- Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills are necessary.
- ATTENDANCE (for internal candidates): Occurrence balance and dependability will be taken into consideration when the final decision is made.
