Job Description :
- Provides great guest service by answering questions and relaying information in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Must be willing and able to utilize sports book computer system to generate tickets for wagers and to verify and cash out any winning tickets.
- Accurately maintains cash bank and is responsible for balancing.
- Must be willing and able to explain wagering rules, including betting lines and odds, and sports book procedures to guests.
- Adheres to company and departmental policy and procedures.
- Is accountable for accurate paperwork.
- Responsible for complying with MS Gaming Regulations and Title 31 policies.
- Maintains knowledge of property amenities.
