Oversee daily operation of Valet department. Schedules breaks, participates in hiring process, perform corrective action to department team members. Ensures excellent guest service is provided and resolves complaints quickly.

Job Description
Oversee daily operation of Valet department. Schedules breaks, participates in hiring process, perform corrective action to department team members. Ensures excellent guest service is provided and resolves complaints quickly.
Job Functions
- Oversee daily department operations and advise department management of issues, etc.
- Supervise, monitor, and instruct valet staff and ensure compliance of department and company policies and procedures.
- Prepare break schedules and delegate work assignments.
- Ensures all records are maintained and accuracy of paperwork and logs, i.e. tip logs, cashier variances and employee files.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or service industry.
- Must maintain clean driving record and valid state driver license.
- Must be able to drive automatic and manual transmission.
- Must be able stand, walk, and run for short bursts during shift.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary certifications and/or licenses as required by local gaming regulations.
