Treasure Chest Casino is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Wagering Services Representative.
In this role, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by accepting wagers, verifying and cashing winning tickets, and answering questions about race and/or sports wagering.
You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all transactions and ensuring that all interactions are conducted in a professional and courteous manner.
To excel in this role, you should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience in a cash handling role is preferred, but not required.
