Position Overview: We are currently seeking highly motivated individuals for an entry-level to mid-level Sales Professional position. This role requires self-motivation and the ability to work independently. We are looking for ambitious individuals with a high drive, level-headedness under pressure, and the desire to excel. In our fast-paced and competitive work environment, our Sales Professionals are motivated to achieve sales quotas through commission-based compensation, which offers uncapped earning potential. This pay structure allows you to directly reap the rewards of your efforts and offers greater financial upside compared to a traditional salary-based pay scale. It's a chance to take control of your income and be rewarded for your performance.

Responsibilities:

1. Prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, referrals, networking, and industry events.
2. Educate potential clients about the benefits and advantages of diversifying into the precious metals market.
3. Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand clients' investment goals, risk profiles, and preferences.
4. Present customized solutions and recommendations based on clients' unique needs, using the knowledge and training provided by the company.
5. Effectively communicate the value proposition of Treasure Coast Bullion Group's products and services to prospective clients.
6. Build and nurture client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication.
7. Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance targets on a consistent basis.
8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and product knowledge to effectively address client inquiries and concerns.
9. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient processing of client transactions and orders.
10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activities using company CRM software.

Qualifications:

1. Ambitious and self-motivated individual with a strong desire to succeed in sales.
2. Ability to work independently and self-govern to meet targets and deadlines.
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
4. High drive and resilience to perform well in a fast-paced and competitive sales environment.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Willingness to learn and apply the knowledge and training provided by the company.
7. Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
8. Previous sales experience or knowledge of the precious metals industry is a plus.

Compensation: This is a commission-based position. The salary range is posted as an estimate. We provide paid training for the first six months; during training, employees can receive commissions. Most of our senior brokers make well over $250,000, and our well-established brokers make into the seven-figure range.
