What are the responsibilities and job description for the Billing and A/R Specialist position at Treasure Coast Community Health, Inc.?
Treasure Coast Community Health (TCCH), a long established and highly respected health provider and Federally Qualified Healthcare Center with locations throughout Indian River County, is continuing to grow. We are now seeking a Billing /AR Specialist to be based at our Administrative office in Vero Beach. This person will work closely with our large in-house revenue team in identifying, resolving and sharing information regarding payer trends, guidelines and updates. Responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to, preparing claims, posting charges and payments, and assisting in projects relating to the medical revenue cycle. Qualifications include an understanding of payer, HIPAA and PHI guidelines, and familiarity with medical terminology and medical insurance, CPT, ICD-10 and CDT codes.
High School Diploma or GED equivalency required.
Bilingual English / Spanish candidates will be given top consideration.
