Treasure Coast Community Health, a well-established, ever-growing and highly respected healthcare provider / Federally Qualified Healthcare Center in the community is seeking an RN Nurse Manager to supervise and coordinate activities of nursing and marketing personnel within the We Care Program. The Nurse Manager will act as a clinical supervisor relative to clinical and medical operation for Medical Assistants, LPN, and other clinical staff. Assists Medical Director and Quality Improvement RN , Risk Management and Corporate Compliance with Quality Assurance reports, including preparing and conducting QA/QI committee meetings. Provides and implements community outreach projects, which may include and is not limited to health education programs, health fairs and routine screenings. Provides education to patients related to medication compliance, nutrition, smoking cessation, diabetes, chronic illnesses and other educational opportunities at the level of nursing. Actively participates in promoting, implementing and facilitating the ongoing diabetes care of clinic patients. This includes assisting and groups. Provides for complete and accurate documentation of patient electronic medical records. Assures confidentiality of patient medical records is consistently. Manage the program's budget, Document in QuickBooks, track and pay expenses.
Education and/or Experience: Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited Registered Nursing Program. Licensed in the State of Florida.. CPR. Florida Driver's License required.
