As a Home Health Nurse, you will follow the plan of care to provide exceptional care to clients in a home setting. Experience with G-tube feeding, trach care, medication management, wound care and vent care welcomed but not required, training will be provided.

Nurse responsibilities include:
- Follow all privacy policies and maintain confidentiality.
- Provide direct client care as defined in the agency state of operation’s Nurse Practice Act.
- Implement the plan of care initiated by the Registered Nurse.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of each visit.
- Participate in staff meetings.
**Requirements:
- Successful completion of an accredited practical nursing or a vocational nursing program.
- Actively licensed as a licensed practical nurse or licensed vocational nurse in the State of Florida.
- Valid Florida Driver's License with a reliable automobile (with no more than 2 driving violations in the past 3 years; no DUI or super speeder tickets.
- At least 18 (Eighteen) years of age.
- Current CPR certification.
- 2 years of nursing experience is preferred but not required.
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Ability to pass level 2 background screening and local background check
- Current Physical with TB results
- Community/home health or medical/surgical and pediatric experience preferred.
- Zero Tolerance, HIPPA, and Core Competency Training (We can provide you with this training)

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
