Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Director with a deep understanding of Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and Marketing Technology (MarTech). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling sophisticated solutions to Fortune 500 companies, with a proven ability to drive enterprise-level sales and build lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities & Duties :

Sales Leadership :

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals within the enterprise segment, ensuring a strong and healthy pipeline to meet targets.

  • Leverage your experience in CDP and MarTech to articulate the value proposition of our solutions to enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
  • Provide clear and accurate forecasting to sales leadership, demonstrating a strong understanding of deal progression and pipeline management.
  • Client Relationship Management :

Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations, understanding their challenges and aligning our solutions to address their business needs.

  • Serve as a trusted partner to clients by providing tailored insights and recommendations that demonstrate the value of our CDP and MarTech offerings.
  • Strengthen client engagement through proactive communication and strategic alignment with their objectives.
  • Solution Selling :
  • Conduct in-depth discovery sessions to understand client requirements and deliver customized solutions that meet their business goals.

  • Effectively communicate the value and technical benefits of our products to both technical teams and senior business leaders.
  • New Logo Customer Acquisition and Growth of Existing Accounts :
  • Drive the acquisition of new customers by identifying opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and closing deals efficiently.

  • Collaborate with existing clients to uncover up-sell and cross-sell opportunities, ensuring continued growth and deeper relationships.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration :
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales engineering, customer success, partnerships, marketing, legal, product - to deliver seamless and impactful client solutions.

  • Provide feedback from client interactions to contribute to product improvements and ensure alignment with market demands.
  • Required Qualifications :

  • Minimum of 8 years of enterprise-level sales experience, with a focus on CDP and MarTech solutions.
  • Proven ability to navigate complex sales environments and close deals with enterprise clients, including Fortune 500 companies.
  • Ability to drive new logo / customer acquisition while strategically growing existing accounts to meet quota.
  • Strong understanding of customer data platforms, marketing technology trends, and enterprise client challenges.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to align technology solutions to client business objectives.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with a track record of effectively engaging with stakeholders at various levels.
  • Exceptional multitasking skills to effectively balance pipeline generation with new customers while fostering growth within existing accounts.
  • Travel Requirements :

  • Required up to 50% travel
  • Physical Requirements :

    Seattle, WA (Preferred). Open to candidates based in Portland, OR, or within a commutable distance to Seattle, WA. Flexible remote options may be considered for exceptional candidates.
