Your Role:
Our Partner Sales team works with some of the biggest names in systems integration on the planet. Would you like to be the person that helps this team scale exponentially over the next few years?
This role drives the internal operations of the Americas & EMEA Partner Sales Teams, with a particular focus on supporting our AWS-related processes.
The role is critical to ensuring timely and accurate flows of information and documentation between Treasure Data and AWS, as well as ensuring high, sustainable growth in partner referrals and partner co-sell opportunities that are mutually beneficial to Treasure Data and its partners.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Support, optimize, and administer the processes, systems and tools that enable the sharing of data and documentation between AWS and Treasure Data, ensuring all data is complete, accurate and current across platforms
- Ensure that Treasure Data maximizes AWS rebate potential by leading the timely submission of comprehensive, precise documentation and data, leveraging a deep understanding of AWS rebate structures and requirements, as well as related Treasure Data activities
- Develop and deliver reporting on AWS rebates progress and status, providing actionable insights and strategic recommendations
- Lead the weekly cadence for reviewing partner pipeline generation and progression, driving alignment, accountability, and data accuracy across cross-functional teams
- Own the vendor management and system administration roles for partner-specific tools and systems, ensuring operational excellence and scalability
- Own and refine the vendor management process for subcontractor projects with partners, implementing best practices to enhance collaboration and outcomes
- Provide data-driven insights to the team on potential optimizations and changes to processes and practices
- Enable the Partner Sales teams on optimal use of tools and systems, including our CRM and CrossBeam
- Define and implement globally consistent metrics and KPIs, develop dashboards, and drive data utilization by GTM teams to enhance productivity, efficiency, and decision making
- Lead the preparation and delivery of monthly key metric reviews, synthesizing Partner Sales team content into impactful narratives for strategic discussions
Required Qualifications:
- >6 years revenue operations experience, preferably with experience of supporting partner sales teams and processes
- >4 years experience of Enterprise SaaS sales
- >4 years experience using a CRM for building reports, dashboards and analysis
- Experience of supporting a business that partners with AWS will be an advantage
Physical Requirements:
- Working out of the New York, NY office according to our “Global Hybrid Working Policy.”
Travel Requirements:
- Potential travel to office locations in Mountain View, New York or London up to 4 times per year

Salary : $140,000 - $170,000
