Your Role:

We are seeking a Marketing Campaign Manager to play a critical role in driving pipeline growth, brand awareness, and demand generation across US and EMEA. This is an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, high-impact marketing team that thrives on creativity, data-driven execution, and collaboration.

As a Marketing Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing campaigns in partnership with a cross-functional team that drives engagement, pipeline, and revenue. You will work across content, digital, paid media, events, product marketing, revenue operations, and sales to bring campaigns to life—ensuring alignment with sales, product, and leadership teams. This role requires someone who is strategic yet hands-on, highly collaborative, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously in a rapidly growing SaaS environment.

In this role, you'll apply best practices in campaign management to enhance Treasure Data's marketing efforts, fostering cross-team collaboration and improving campaign visibility and performance.

Responsibilities & Duties:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Shape campaign strategy with marketing leadership, leveraging content, digital, paid media, email, and ABM tactics from ideation to execution.
  • Ensure alignment with sales, product marketing, content, and digital teams to support key business priorities.
  • Work closely with the Content team and other marketing functions to effectively leverage and optimize persona-based messaging and campaign narratives.
  • Work closely with demand generation and growth teams to measure, optimize, and maximize campaign impact on the pipeline.
  • Collaborate and align with the marketing team on the marketing campaign calendar, timelines, and workflows, ensuring timely execution and performance goals are met.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance campaign efficiency and personalization.
  • Analyze campaign data and performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support industry events, webinars, and partner marketing with integrated campaigns to expand audience engagement.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, preferably in MarTech, CDP, and/or AI industries.
  • Proven success in developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive measurable pipeline impact.
  • A strong understanding of campaigns and tactics that drive engagement and results within a lengthy 12-18 month B2B sales cycle.
  • Experience in enhancing nurture programs and developing a best-in-class CRM strategy across multiple channels.
  • Strong understanding of demand generation, ABM, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Marketo and HubSpot, along with CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot. Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and Customer Data Platforms is a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing campaign performance and optimizing based on insights.
  • Leverage data effectively, with expertise in analyzing CRM and marketing automation platform (MAP) data to provide stakeholders with campaign performance insights and inform budget allocation decisions to drive revenue goals.
  • Excellent project management skills—ability to juggle multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and deadlines. Knowledge of Asana or other project management tools is a major advantage.
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product marketing, content, and digital teams.
  • Creative problem solver with a passion for innovation in marketing.
