Your Role:
As the Senior Manager of CDP Value Strategy, you drive strategic, consultative engagements with our prospects and customers to help address their customer data challenges. With your deep understanding of our customer’s business models and your expertise in using customer data to drive business impact, you will help them create a compelling customer data vision, use case roadmaps, and quantitative business cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build collaborative business cases with prospects and customers that tie Treasure Data’s unique capabilities and use cases to expected qualitative and quantitative impact
- Own the continued development, enablement, and adoption of Treasure Data’s Value Platform (Ecosystems) throughout the Sales organization
- Continuously refine Treasure Data’s financial value-based selling methodology including tools, deliverables, offerings, and enablement
- Deliver world-class C-level Executive proposals and presentation materials with strategic messaging and content targeting C-level Economic Buyers
- Blend the business case with tangible CDP best practices on how to make the vision come to life - from use case roadmaps to maturity models, to operational models, to stakeholder alignment
- Partner with Account Development, Sales, and Solutions teams to continually evangelize the value story “from beginning to end” of customer evaluations
- Partner with the Customer Success organization to ensure customers are realizing value to date and have a roadmap to continually drive incremental value from Treasure Data
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in value consulting, strategy consulting, CDP deployments, and/or marketing
- Strong understanding of a full enterprise sales cycle and customer lifecycle management.
- Excellent strategic planning and execution skills.
- Ability to tie strategic and consultative thinking with tactical financial models in order to build thought provoking presentations
- Comfortable working closely and building relationships with C-Level executives
- Knowledge of Customer Data Platforms and how they deliver value to data, IT, and business teams
- Project management and multi-tasking skills that involves strong collaboration with both customers as well as internal resources
- Comfortable with data and ambiguity; able to both delve into the details and operational tactics, and engage meaningfully on the big picture or overall strategy
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across teams.
- Experience in developing and implementing training and certification programs.
Travel Requirements:
- Requires ad-hoc travel to customers and internal offsites - up to 25%
