We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Solutions Architect to join our professional services team. Our team assists Fortune 500 and Global 2000 customers in integrating Treasure Data's Customer Data Platform (CDP) within their existing technology stacks. We collaborate with clients to implement best practices and guide the evolution of the CDP for future use cases.
The Sr. Manager, Solutions Architect will lead implementation projects, serving as a primary technical resource and providing strategic and architectural direction. The successful candidate will drive project completion by leveraging their architectural expertise, strong development skills, and extensive consulting experience.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Design and engineer scalable, dependable and efficient global architectures for Fortune 500 companies.
- Translate functional/business use cases to technical requirements for engineers.
- Review development to ensure sound principles of repeatability, modularity and consistency.
- Consult with Fortune 500 companies on key architectural design decisions to reach acceptance on compliance (CCPA, GDPR), scalable data models, integration patterns and data orchestration pipelines.
- Contribute to R&D initiatives within Treasure Data to ensure product is ever-evolving.
Required Qualifications:
- A strong background in data & technology and an extensive track record (5-10 years or more) of successful implementations of customer focused solutions.
- Good understanding of Marketing Analytics and the Martech/Adtech Industry a plus.
- Deep knowledge and 7 years of experience in SQL, and have successfully deployed data-oriented solutions in the recent past (DW, BI, ETL, Hadoop, etc).
- Have strong customer communication and presentation skills as well as the ability to dive into technical topics and know-how, to successfully work as a trusted advisor to ensure the success of prospects and customers.
- 5 years of experience coding with a scripting language such as Python, Ruby or Java.
- 3 years.In web development, have a firm grip over technologies such as Javascript, node.js and html.
- Engagement with developers, business analysts, and IT confidently and succinctly and understand how they want to work with data.
- Strong experience architecting solutions within cloud-based platforms (AWS, GCP or Azure)
Physical Requirements:
Working out of the New York, NY office according to our Global Hybrid Working Policy.
Travel Requirements:
Requires peaks of 25% travel to visit clients
