Position Overview
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) at Treasure Data is a technical specialist role focused on providing advanced platform expertise and implementation support to both enterprise customers and strategic partners.
Things you will do
- Be the technical authority for Treasure Data platform capabilities, serving as the primary escalation point for complex technical challenges faced by customers and partners.
- Guide technical solution design and architecture, providing expert guidance on data connectivity, ingestion patterns, and implementation approaches.
- Lead technical deep-dives and knowledge transfer sessions to enable customers and partners on platform features, focusing on technical best practices and optimal implementation patterns.
- Proactively monitor and optimize customer environments, identifying opportunities for technical enhancements and providing clear visibility into platform performance.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution architecture documents, implementation guides, and best practice recommendations.
- Drive technical product adoption by assessing the feasibility of proposed solutions, advising on platform capabilities, and ensuring successful implementation of complex use cases.
- Provide technical leadership in partner and customer implementations, coordinating with implementation teams to ensure architectural integrity and best practices are maintained.
- Deliver regular technical status updates and recommendations, effectively communicating complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.
- Stay current with the latest platform features and capabilities, providing technical guidance on new functionality and potential applications.
- This is a hands-on role be ready to jump in and use the product from day one.
