Responsibilities
- Assist the bus driver in ensuring the safety and well-being of all students during transportation.
- Manage student behavior effectively, employing conflict management techniques as necessary.
- Communicate clearly with students to provide guidance and support throughout the bus ride.
- Educate students on appropriate bus behavior and safety protocols.
- Provide first aid assistance when required, ensuring that all health-related incidents are handled promptly.
- Support students with special education needs, helping them navigate their transportation experience comfortably.
- Collaborate with school staff to address any concerns regarding student behavior or safety on the bus.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment within the bus.
Requirements
- Experience working with children, particularly in a classroom or childcare setting.

- First aid certification is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to obtain certification is essential.
