Overview :
It is the primary responsibility of the Table Games Floor Supervisor to ensure the guests are provided with excellent customer service while observing, evaluating, and rating players objectively and accurately. All duties are to be performed in accordance with departmental and property policies, practices, and procedures. Specific Job Functions : Observe all games, players and dealers to ensure accuracy of game and game protection Supervise the delivery and measurement of guest service consistent with the companys core service standards and brand attributes Verify all bankrolls from previous shifts to ensure accuracy Monitor games and maintain appropriate game pace Provide the utmost in customer service by answering questions, resolving disputes and filling requests Assist in training and evaluating subordinate employees in a fair and equitable manner Accurately track player actions by noting buy-ins, length of play, win / loss and average bet Operate all games in accordance with all gaming laws, Title 31 and company policies Verify the accuracy of all documents signed and ensure all procedures are accurately followed Communicate all pertinent information to management in a timely and responsible manner Maintain proper bankroll levels to accommodate existing or anticipated play Notify management immediately of any unusual gaming activity Monitor guest flow and notify management when adjustments to open table games are needed Create a work environment which promotes teamwork, recognition, mutual respect and employee satisfaction Perform all duties as deemed necessary for the success of the department
Responsibilities / Qualifications :
At least one year supervisory experience or two years experience dealing multiple games required Knowledge and ability to deal assigned game necessary Ability to input and extract player information into the casino computer systems a must Must have or be able to obtain a Gaming Registration Professional appearance and demeanor a must
