We're seeking a friendly and knowledgeable Guest Services Ambassador to join our team at Treasure Island Resort & Casino. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will be responsible for handling inquiries, making reservations, and ensuring an unforgettable experience.
Key Duties:
- Provide warm and welcoming responses to customer inquiries, both on the phone and in person.
- Make and manage reservations for hotel rooms, restaurants, and promotional events, exceeding guest expectations.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records, upholding the highest standards of data security and integrity.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to resolve customer complaints and concerns, fostering a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
