SUMMARY: To assist supervisors with various larger projects and assist bartenders and casino wait staff with stocking products and ice to complete beverage service. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Lead larger projects within the Department as requested by management
- Oversee and create the bar backs deep cleaning schedule
- Put away liquor and beer deliveries as needed
- Monitor and replenish respective beverage products: i.e. bottled beer, keg beer, liquor, pop premix, pop post mix, CO2 and ice as necessary
- Monitor and stock cups and glasses as necessary
- Clean assigned areas
Knowledge and Certification

- High School Diploma/GED
