15.00 an hour, plus tips
Shift Differential
2.00 an hour additional for swing shift
2.00 an hour additional for grave shift
SUMMARY : To provide valet parking services for guests. Responsible for a high level of guest service as described in your departments guest service standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet guests, provide superior guest service and provide information regarding casino events and property amenities
Safely park and retrieve guests' vehicles and safeguard keys
Drive fleet vehicles (including vans and small shuttle busses) transporting guests and team members to various locations on and off property
Use iPad with multiple tabs to enter vehicle information, parking location and scan tickets.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required :
Valid class "D" vehicle operator's license
Preferred :
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experience
Experience operating manual vehicles
Skills Required :
Accurate and detail-oriented
Highly organized and ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook) and Windows
