Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Camp Manager to oversee the operations and activities at Treasure Lake. This role is vital in ensuring that our community's recreational offerings are well-managed and that all guests receive exceptional service. Located in a beautiful setting, this position will play a key role in enhancing the overall experience for residents and visitors alike.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the camp facilities, ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.
- Coordinate recreational activities and events for residents and guests.
- Provide outstanding customer service to enhance guest experiences.
- Supervise staff members, providing training and support as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations within the community.
Requirements
- Proven experience in hospitality or resort management is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Ability to communicate effectively; bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus.
- Experience in managing staff and coordinating events is beneficial.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
