This position is for a field service position, at a customer location in Desoto, KS.

Job will start Mid April 2025

Job Description:

Candidate will be hired for Battery maintenance role.

• Day shift to start, could change after as needed. Candidates need to be flexible to work all shifts. Right now M-F 40 hours a week, weekends off.
• Electronics, Mechanics, and Chemical fields and/or past military background in the same fields. Experience can be minimal to none, we will train.
• They must have a high level of mechanical aptitude for this role The candidates should have good written and spoken skills as clear and concise communications with our customer is a must.

Responsibilities
- Performs on-site installation and modification work of BATTERY processing equipment
- Troubleshoots equipment problems
- Maintains records and reports as required
- Coordinates activities with peers, supervisor(s) and customers to minimize equipment downtime and interruptions
- Perform upgrades and modifications to batteries as needed
- Remain current on equipment/tools through appropriate training, manuals, factory periodicals, and other relevant materials
- Incumbents are responsible for the upkeep, maintenance and security of company property including tools, etc.
- Employees must also maintain standards of conduct acceptable to both Treasure of Technology and its customers to maintain credentials for being on customer site(s)

Qualifications:
- Maintenance, repair experience.
- For the FSE II positions: 2-4 years previous experience in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of battery equipment is preferred.
- Excellent customer interface skills is required
- Mechanical aptitude is required as well as an ability to use appropriate tools
- Thorough understanding of technical issues involving the maintenance, repair and/or installation of company equipment and company procedures are required.

-Ability to use Microsoft office platform, especially Word and Excel.

Physical Requirements: Job duties maybe often performed in confined areas awkward positions and/or in high places. Mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity and ability to lift/carry objects up to 35 pounds is required. May require bending/stooping/crawling/climbing. May require the use of Personal Protection equipment and proper industry safety procedures when working with one or more dangerous element or conditions such as chemicals, electric currents or high voltage, moving mechanical parts, radiation, etc. Equal Opportunity Employer/Minorities/Females/Disabled/Veterans

Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
