We are a busy local Orthotic and Prosthetic Clinic in Bozeman, MT and we are seeking a qualified Front Office Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team.
To qualify we are looking for a person who is organized as well as having excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines. Exceptional problem-solving skills needed. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to scheduling patients, working the front desk, generating revenue by having clean claims from the start, patient payment arrangements, collecting accounts, monitoring, and pursuing delinquent accounts. Insurance verification will be a daily task. A sound foundation in medical insurance, patient benefit eligibility and coverage a must. Compensation will depend on experience. Benefits include paid holidays, PTO, 401k plan and profit sharing upon meeting company requirements.
