What are the responsibilities and job description for the Damage Restoration Technician position at Treasure State Restoration?
Come join the Treasure State Restoration Team !! We are looking to add a few restoration technicians to our team. Experience as an IICRC certified WRT/ASD technician is a huge plus but is not necessary. We will train and/or certify as needed. Job Duties:
-water extraction
-demolition
-dryer vent & duct cleaning
-assessing damages to a home after a water, fire, or other loss and determining the best course of action to mitigate further damages
-ability to document work performed, including written/typed and photo documentation
-problem solving/issue resolution
-ability to show empathy to a property owner in what can be an extremely stressful time for them
Requirements:
-ability to effectively utilize technology
-ability to lift a minimum of 30 pounds
-availability to be on an on-call rotation
-availability to work nights and weekends as needed, we are a 24/7 company and while hours are typically 8am-5pm, we must have availability to take on emergencies that may arise after hours
-must be able to pass a background check
-must have a clean driving record
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
